  • Accuracy or completeness of data

  • Business results, conversions, or revenue outcomes

All business decisions made using LeadAZ data are at your own risk.

All platform content, software, design, trademarks, and proprietary systems belong to LeadAZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use exposes LeadAZ to legal or regulatory risk

  • Required by law or platform policy changes

No refunds are guaranteed upon termination for cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadAZ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
